What you will do

Independently manage and execute service delivery orders.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to complete order requirements and objectives.
Maintain proactive communication with clients through the life cycle of each order.
Maintain professional verbal and written communication at all times.
Provide tactical support to senior team members, including data entry into internal systems (e.g., ClickUp) and setting up customer documentation.
Maintain accurate records related to orders and customer profiles.
Seek out opportunities and drive change to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education preferred
Minimum of two years’ experience in order management or other equivalent work experience.
Bilingual (English and French).
Experience in the telecommunications or high-technology industry is an asset.
Advanced Google Suite and Microsoft Office knowledge.
Familiar with Order/Project Management systems

Skills and Abilities

Possesses organizational skills, the ability multitask and meet deadlines with little supervision.
Demonstrates initiative, judgment and adaptability; takes a solution-based approach to problems
Understanding of the telecommunications industry.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationship skills and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, carriers, vendors, suppliers and others.
