Job Title: Baker / Dough Sheeter (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Job Title: Baker / Dough Sheeter Operator
Location: Scarborough, ON (Bellamy Rd N / Lawrence) – In-person
Pay Rate: $17.20 – $21.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time available

About Us

Join our growing bakery team in Scarborough! We pride ourselves on creating high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment. We are currently seeking reliable individuals to join us as Bakers and Dough Sheeter Operators to handle production and baking.

Shift Schedule

Start Time: 6:00 AM
Days: Monday to Saturday shifts (Flexible 5-day schedules available for full-time)
No overnight shifts required!

What You Will Do

Operate commercial bakery machinery, including dough mixers and structural dough sheeters/laminators.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to established recipes.
Roll, cut, sheet, and shape dough to precise thickness and specification standards.
Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure consistent product quality.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
Safely lift and move production ingredients and dough blocks (up to 40-50 lbs).

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience as a commercial baker, pastry cook, or production line operator is preferred (pay rate adjusted based on experience).
Comfort operating or learning to safely operate bakery machinery (dough sheeters).
Ability to work efficiently during early morning hours starting at 6:00 AM.
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and pacing in a production kitchen.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
