Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design, with a passion for staying current with industry trends. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative campaigns and expand your professional skills within a collaborative environment.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other graphic design tools.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to increase reach and engagement.
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve website visibility and organic traffic through platforms like Google Analytics.
Coordinate with the e-commerce team to support online sales initiatives through targeted marketing efforts.
Monitor analytics and generate reports to assess campaign performance, adjusting strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and industry best practices to ensure innovative campaign development.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, Google Analytics, and Facebook Advertising.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales optimization techniques.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content editing.
Ability to conduct keyword research for SEO purposes.
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop visually appealing content that aligns with brand identity.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
