Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $80,000 - $94,000 annually + bonuses, depending on experience. This is a replacement role.
The Role
A trusted advisor and functional expert responsible for leading complex client transformations. This role oversees strategy execution, mentors junior team members, and engages deeply with client stakeholders to ensure MarTech investments translate into measurable business value.
Responsibilities
Lead complex client engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with the client's overarching business objectives.
Facilitate strategic planning, diagnostic, and design workshops with executive and operational client stakeholders.
Architect and map robust business requirements, functional specifications, and change enablement strategies for enterprise-level MarTech deployments.
Proactively identify opportunities for digital transformation, service expansion, and process optimization within client portfolios.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive peer review for junior Team Members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in MarTech consulting, digital strategy, or technology implementation within a professional services environment.
Proven track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships, mapping business value, and delivering measurable strategic outcomes.
Expert proficiency in leading MarTech solutions (e.g., Salesforce (SFMC), Adobe (AEM, AJO, AEP), SAS, Google) and cross-channel marketing strategies.
Exceptional ability to gain alignment, deliver constructive feedback, and navigate complex organizational dynamics with empathy and professionalism.
Demonstrated success in leading change enablement initiatives and communicating effectively across all levels of a client organization.
- Advanced SQL Knowledge: Experience in writing complex SQL queries and understanding relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, ETLs, cloud data architecture, data architecture principles)
- An understanding of microservices and API integrations (REST)
- Proficiency in either Java or Python
- Willingness to travel, if required, for client meetings, workshops, and project implementations
- Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives.
