Our Spa Guest Attendants are responsible for providing our guests with quality customer service pertaining to our high standards and reputation. As the ideal candidate for the Spa Support Team, you are enthusiastic, have great communication, strong work ethic, and great attention to detail. We seek out individuals who are compassionate team players to support a positive and healthy work environment by maintaining high professional and serene standards.
Your goal is to ensure our guests have a spa experience that exceeds expectations by ensuring that the entire spa facilities are clean, sanitized and well stocked and our guests are escorted to their treatments.
Responsibilities include:
- Consistently demonstrate, service excellence to all guests
- Lifting/carrying all equipment, amenities’ and linens on and off carts/shelves
- Ensuring there is clean, folded linens for our guests
- Laundry folding and storage
- Sweep and wash windows as needed
Requirements:
- Organization and Cleaning Skills
- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Physical agility and stair climbing
- Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs throughout an eight-hour shift
- Must be able to lift and carry bins/bags of laundry up to 30-40 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift
- Repetitive lifting laundry in and out of machines
- Repetitive folding motion throughout an eight-hour shift
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, but not necessary
- Ability to work as a team member as well as unsupervised

- Guest Service Experience Required.
- Previous Hospitality or Spa Experience an asset.
- First Aid Certification an asset.
- Cross training opportunities within Spa.
