We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Motorsports Parts and Accessories Associate . The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorsports and extensive knowledge of parts and accessories for various vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more. This role involves actively engaging with customers, providing product recommendations, processing orders, ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of The North West Company (TNWC) motorsports’ goals and objectives.

Your Role:

Drive sales, foster customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company's motorsports parts business.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on motorsports parts and accessories based on the customer's specific requirements , generating immediate quotes on retail plus shipping as well as information on availability and time to ship.
Ensure accuracy of sales and profitability and process calls, emails, service desk tickets, website requests, and release special orders efficiently to maximize revenue.
Handle customer communication regarding returns and/ or problems with orders. Issues return authorizations and maintain related records.
Control number of returns due to errors by using parts equipment and information resources to accurately identify needed parts, accessories, and apparel.
Return a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts & accessories.
Maintain proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, security, and pricing;
Actively solicit sales and suggest selling of service-related parts and accessories in conjunction with the service department.
Process P&A requirements for Service and Sales department.
Ensure proper training on Dealer Management System and all OEM systems and product training.
Assist in ensuring website is constantly updated and maintained to generate new sales and entice customers to purchase.
Support other departments when needed.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Ideally 3+ years working in a Parts and Accessories dealership environment or equivalent experience.
Have or working on getting a Class 5 Driver's License.
High School education or equivalent.
Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
Must be detail conscious while demonstrating a high level of accuracy r ecording los t sales according to procedures.
Experience with Ski-doo, Honda and Yamaha preferred.
Experience with OEM systems preferred (BossWeb etc.).
Excellent organizational, planning and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge with CDK Light Speed is an asset.
