About Us CRL Group Holdings
CRL Group is a growing civil, landscaping, and agricultural services company based in Summerland, BC. Our crews are involved in the groundwork behind many types of projects from site preparation and grading to drainage, excavation support, and property development. The work we do happens before most people ever see the finished result. It is the groundwork that makes everything else possible.
We take pride in showing up, working hard, and doing the job right. Our team is known for being reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of a crew that values quality work, strong teamwork, and getting things done properly the first time.

- Working closely with the ground crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining awareness of site conditions and safe operating practices.
- Taking care of the equipment you operate and reporting any maintenance concerns.
- Contributing to a crew that takes pride in producing clean, well-executed work.
What We’re Looking For
- Several years of experience operating equipment in agriculture, construction, civil, landscaping, or related industries.
- Confidence operating excavators, skid steers, or similar equipment in active working environments.
- Experience with trenching, grading, land preparation, or irrigation installation.
- Ability to work closely with a crew and communicate clearly on site.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work safely around people, equipment, and agricultural infrastructure.
- Strong work ethic and pride in producing quality work.
