Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager/Server to oversee daily restaurant operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on service duties, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, restaurant management, and team supervision, with a passion for hospitality and food industry standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery
Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards
Serve guests professionally, taking orders accurately using POS system
Handle cash transactions and perform cash handling duties with integrity
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; participate in interviewing potential staff
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the restaurant
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Skills

Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles
Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs
Ability to manage team dynamics effectively, including interviewing and team management
Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
