Full job description

We're hiring full time permanent employees for our day shift, 7 am to 3:30 pm.

We are currently seeking qualified Production Workers for our structural steel wall panel and truss assembly plant. Magest is locally owned and operated with strong ties to Stratford and surrounding communities.

Why Work at Magest

No shift work – Monday to Friday straight days
Starting wage is $18.50 per hour
Paid vacation
We provide an annual safety boot allowance
Eligible for benefits after a successful probationary period
Overtime is typically voluntary – some mandatory overtime is possible, but not regular

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications

Manufacturing experience; construction or building experience preferred
Ability to use a tape measure
Ability to read blueprints
Lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to use hand and power tools (specifically an impact drill)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills
