Full job description

Overview
We are looking for a creative and trend-sensitive Content Creator / Video Editor to support our marketing team with short-form video production, basic filming, image editing, content layout, and multi-platform social media publishing.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit short-form videos, promotional videos, event clips, and social media content
Use editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
Adjust video pacing, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and visual style based on different platform requirements
Basic Filming & Content Capture
Assist with daily filming, event coverage, in-store content shooting, and social media material collection
Apply basic knowledge of framing, lighting, camera movement, and visual storytelling
Independently complete simple filming tasks based on content needs
Image Editing & Layout Design
Create and edit basic visual materials, including thumbnails, social media graphics, and post layouts
Understand image sizing, cover design, and platform-specific visual requirements
Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with the brand identity
Social Media Publishing & Content Support
Assist with publishing content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube
Understand the content formats, posting logic, and audience preferences of major social media platforms
Demonstrate a strong sense of online trends, memes, short-video pacing, and platform-native content styles
Content Ideation & Trend Research
Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and competitor content
Support the team with creative content ideas, filming concepts, and editing suggestions
Create engaging content that balances brand image with audience appeal

Qualifications

Proficient in at least one or more editing tools, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects
Basic filming skills and understanding of short-form video production
Ability to edit images, create thumbnails, and design simple layouts
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and other major social media platforms
Strong sense of social media trends and platform-native content
Good visual taste, execution skills, and communication ability
Able to revise content quickly based on feedback
Experience managing brand accounts, creating short-form videos, filming events, or producing entertainment-related content is an asset

This position is paid and suitable for both experienced professionals seeking new challenges or interns eager to develop their skills in digital marketing.

Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
