Job Title: Warehouse OperatorJob Description
This role focuses on efficiently handling warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and moving products using material handling equipment. You ensure accurate inventory control, safe product handling, and timely movement of goods within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities-
Pick, pack, consolidate, and sort products according to order requirements and warehouse procedures.

Palletize products securely to ensure safe storage and transportation.

Receive incoming products and verify quantities and condition against documentation.

Load and unload pallets from trailers or staging areas using appropriate material handling equipment.

Transport and stage pallets in designated storage locations within the warehouse.

Maintain proper product rotation by following established inventory control procedures.

Scan and update product movement using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.

Handle materials safely and efficiently using walkie or center rider forklifts and pump trucks.

Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures while operating equipment and handling products.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area to support smooth warehouse operations.
Essential Skills-
At least 1 year of experience operating a walkie or center rider forklift.

Proficiency using RF scanners to track and update product movement.

Experience operating a pump truck for material handling.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods of time in a warehouse environment.

Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks and work effectively with the team.

Attention to detail and adherence to inventory control procedures.

Comfort working with warehouse management systems and scanning technology.
Additional Skills & Qualifications-
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or material handling environment.

Familiarity with palletizing, staging, and rotating inventory.

Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and equipment operating procedures.

Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work scheduled evening shifts.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse and distribution setting, working with tools, equipment, pallets, and material handling devices such as walkie or center rider forklifts, pump trucks, and RF scanners. The shift runs from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday to Friday, providing consistent evening hours. The role requires extended periods of standing, bending, lifting, and walking, as well as regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. The environment is fast-paced, safety-focused, and process-driven, with an emphasis on accurate scanning, inventory control, and efficient movement of goods.
