We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a warm, friendly, and knowledgeable attitude.
- Build relationships with customers and confidently recommend products based on their needs.
- Process purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food products while following food safety standards.
- Assist with tastings, promotions, seasonal displays, and special events.
- Receive deliveries and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Open and close the store following company procedures.
- Support teammates wherever needed to create an exceptional shopping experience.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Previous retail, café, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset.
Smart Serve Certification – Required
A valid Ontario Smart Serve Certificate is mandatory for this position.
Our Farm Store proudly carries a selection of Ontario wines, ciders, beers, and other alcoholic beverages. Sales Associates are responsible for legally and responsibly selling alcohol, verifying identification, and ensuring compliance with all AGCO regulations. Applicants without a current Smart Serve certification will not be considered.
