Full job description

Purpose:
The Program Administration Assistant Lead provides administrative support to various programs and initiatives and acts as a lead hand to the Program Administration Assistants.

Education:
Must be enrolled as a York student.

Experience:
Previous work experience may be considered.

Skills:

Ability to provide communicate with others to explain and share information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
Ability to provide instruction, guidance, and feedback to peers.
Ability to present data in a variety of document and display format.
Ability to work within a team setting as well independently.
