Overview
We are looking for retail sales associates & team leaders.

Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor, greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restock and overall shop keeping.

LEADERSHIP Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, strong assessment and decision-making skills Provides insight to Team Leaders in relationship to the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Educate customers on product features, effects, and usage through product demos and detailed explanations
Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
Upsell products by recommending additional items based on customer needs and preferences
Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment to keep the store well-stocked
Enforce store policies with professionalism, including phone etiquette and adherence to legal regulations
Assist in merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that promote sales
Support supervising staff when applicable, including overseeing daily operations and training new team members

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math is essential
Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Experience in upselling, product demos, merchandising, stock management, and retail math is advantageous
Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain confidentiality of financial transactions
Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally
Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
Must be willing to Drive Deliveries - Make tips
Looking for someone into Arts and Music
CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis
2 years plus experience in a similar scope of role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality with extensive customer-facing interaction
