Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have a passion for helping customers resolve their inquiries efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in data entry, sales, and analysis while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Manage and update customer information accurately through data entry systems.
Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive interaction with clients.
Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in English and Spanish, are highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is integral to delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting our company's growth objectives.
