Full job description

Canada Watson Group headquarters is located in the gateway to Asia — Vancouver in Canada, the main business of the company is importing from Asia, and selling in North America. Our company has been around for almost 20 years and we continue to grow!

This position is responsible for managing the sales orders and logistics operations of a company. They are primarily responsible for coordinating and tracking the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.

Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate order entry and order fulfillment
Generate quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
Communicate with customers to confirm orders, delivery dates, and shipment details
Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction

Logistics Coordination:

Arrange transportation of goods, negotiate with carriers for the best rates, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with warehouse and distribution centers to ensure inventory levels are maintained and products are properly stored
Prepare shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and other necessary paperwork for international shipments
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as hazardous materials regulations, import/export regulations, and customs requirements

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained
Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to identify and correct discrepancies
Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize excess inventory

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate reports on sales, inventory levels, and logistics operations to management
Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
Work with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and production plans

Qualifications

Possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Have a good understanding of logistics and supply chain management
Experience with sales and customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is required
Fluent in English & Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
