Protea Medical Clinic is seeking a Family Physician to join our team in the heart of downtown Duncan. Protea Medical Clinic offers flexible overhead arrangements, including either a competitive fixed percentage overhead or a shared monthly expense model.
Our overhead structure is designed to be among the most competitive in the region, and we are happy to discuss the options with you to find an arrangement that best supports your practice, career goals, and preferred way of working.
Benefits
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: (subject to change)
Recruitment Incentive: $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
Fee Premium: 4.20%
Annual Flat Fee: $6,508.80
Rural CME: starting at $2,200/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,400.00/annum after 4 years.
