Full job description

The Vault is expanding, and we are looking for driven freelance personal trainers who want to grow their own business inside a strong, supportive fitness community.

We are currently operating out of a private training facility where members are not required to carry a membership. This allows trainers flexibility and autonomy while building their client base.

Our new luxury boutique studio is scheduled to open June 13th. The new location will operate on a membership model, meaning clients will require an active gym membership in order to train in the facility. Once open, our current private facility will fully transition into the new location.

This is not an employee position. Trainers must operate as a sole proprietor or registered business owner.

This opportunity is ideal for trainers who want ownership, independence, and long-term growth.

What We Offer

Rent-based model – $650 per month/Half off first months rent
Keep 100 percent of your training revenue

Every new member in the new facility will have the option to book a Road Map Session with a trainer

Who This Is For

We are looking for trainers who are:

Registered sole proprietors or incorporated business owners
Self-motivated and business-minded
Confident in building relationships and earning client trust
Professional and community-driven
Open to feedback, growth, and adapting within a team environment

Experienced trainers are welcome, and newer trainers are also encouraged to apply if they are coachable, committed, and ready to learn.

The new Vault location is designed to make a serious impact in Edmonton’s fitness scene. We are building something long-term and want trainers who see themselves growing with us.
