THE COMPANY & CULTURE
Our client is a Canadian owned and operated staffing firm founded in approximately 1996 in Edmonton, Alberta. Structured as a partnership, with ownership having changed hands about three years ago, they employ 60 people company-wide and operate multiple locations across Canada, including offices in Calgary and Edmonton for approximately 30 years. They supply staff to distribution, manufacturing, and industrial employers, with services spanning temporary, temporary-to-permanent, RPO, and direct hire. They differentiate on quality: every candidate is interviewed in person, fully verified, and background checked before placement, with video orientations and first-day check-ins on every employee. The culture is described as feeling like family, built on respect, trust, inclusivity, and collaboration, with engagement improving and turnover down 10% year over year since the ownership change. The Calgary team is small, young, and tight-knit, working within a structured and proven sales process. Clients include Walmart, Metro Supply Chain, Magna, and Marwood.
