The team at Barrhaven Dental Care located in Ottawa, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

SCHEDULE:

40 hours per week
5 Days of the week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
