Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, in the Fire Alarm and Security Services Division ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Your expertise in office management, communication, and organization will help us maintain high standards of efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, records management, and data entry using various databases and Microsoft Office applications.
Schedule deliveries for access fobs, cards, and related materials
Maintain and update service logs, tracking spreadsheets, and project fils
Set-up and manage administrative documentation for new and ongoing projects
Maintain accurate records of company vehicles, cell phones, etc.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of requests and issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with Microsoft
Strong communication skills in English with excellent writing abilities.
Demonstrated experience in office administration or related roles with solid organizational skills.
Knowledge of databases, records management systems, filing procedures, and procurement processes.
Exceptional time management skills coupled with leadership qualities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls and email inquiries
Effective negotiation skills paired with customer service experience to foster positive relationships.
Analysis skills for data interpretation and problem-solving within administrative contexts.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and computer skills essential for efficient workflow management.
