Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and bilingual Sales Assistant who is fluent in Spanish to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you will be the friendly face representing our brand, engaging with customers, and delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm for helping others, combined with your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, will drive sales and create memorable experiences for our diverse clientele. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills within a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding
Engage in active sales techniques to promote products, upsell, and meet sales targets
Provide bilingual support by communicating fluently in Spanish and English with customers
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Assist with marketing initiatives such as promoting special offers or new product launches
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor to create a positive shopping experience

Skills

Proven food service experience or familiarity with retail environments is a plus
Strong marketing skills to effectively promote products and services
Experience conducting product demos and explaining features confidently
Excellent sales abilities with a focus on customer engagement and closing deals
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Effective communication skills, including public speaking when needed to present products or information confidently
