Loft Fitness Club is looking for experienced Barre instructors to join our team at our Midtown (2576 Yonge St.) and Danforth (452 Danforth Ave.) studios.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for instructors who:
- Have a minimum of 6 months of Barre teaching experience
- Have completed relevant Barre training/certification
- Are confident, engaging and comfortable leading a room
- Have strong knowledge of movement, form and safe progression
- Can provide clear, thoughtful and motivating coaching
- Know how to use music and energy to create an incredible class experience
- Bring warmth, personality and positive energy to their classes
- Care just as much about the client experience as the workout
- Are reliable, professional and collaborative
- Welcome feedback and genuinely want to keep developing as an instructor
- Can commit to a consistent teaching schedule for a minimum of 12 months
Experience teaching Reformer, Mat Pilates, Strength or Yoga is a bonus — we love multi-format instructors!
Current Barre Opportunities
We currently have multiple Barre opportunities across both our Midtown and Danforth studios.
We're particularly interested in instructors who have availability for:
- Weekday mornings and/or evenings
- Saturday and Sunday mornings
- Multiple classes per week
- Substitute classes when available
We're looking for instructors with approximately 4+ hours of weekly availability and would love to find people interested in building a meaningful, consistent schedule with us.
What You'll Get at Loft
When you join Loft, you're not simply handed a class and left to figure it out.
You'll complete a structured Loft onboarding and training program with our Team Leaders so you feel confident stepping onto the schedule.
Once you're teaching, the development doesn't stop. Coaching, feedback and professional development are an ongoing part of being on the Loft team.
Before You Teach at Loft
We think it's important that you experience Loft as a client before deciding whether we're the right fit for each other.
As part of our hiring process, candidates will be asked to take a minimum of 3 Loft classes to experience our teaching style, energy, community and class flow firsthand.
