Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced painter to join our team, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting, restoration, and industrial painting, with This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will contribute to high-quality finishes on various surfaces, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming prior to painting
Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools and power tools
Perform restoration work on existing surfaces to improve appearance and durability
Operate carpentry tools as needed for minor repairs or modifications before painting
Manage time effectively to complete projects within designated schedules
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety protocols
Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to rigging and working at heights
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Background in carpentry or construction is desirable but not mandatory
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude toward clients and colleagues
