We are currently hiring a Clinic Assistant for our Airdrie location - someone who is energetic, organized, professional, and able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications/Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of MOA/medical office assistant or front desk administrative experience required, preferably within a wellness or allied health clinic setting (physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, etc.)
- Experience in a high-volume clinic environment is considered a strong asset
- Previous allied health clinic experience may support progression into future Clinic Lead opportunities

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
- Deliver a positive, efficient patient experience throughout each interaction
- Ensure patients leave with appropriate follow-up appointments booked
- Manage scheduling and patient flow using JUVONNO EMR software
- Process accurate billing for EHB, MVA, WCB, etc.
- Answer phone calls and patient inquiries professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation
Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with chiropractors, physiotherapists, RMTs, and other allied health practitioners
- Support communication between clinic staff and head office
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and professional clinic environment
- Assist with maintaining smooth day-to-day clinic operations in a busy setting
