Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse clientele. The Front Desk Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining guest satisfaction and supporting smooth daily operations.

Duties

Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and other administrative tasks
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest service throughout all interactions

Requirements

Proven experience in front desk operations within hotels or hospitality environments preferred
Excellent communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of hospitality management software or front desk systems is advantageous
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the organization’s brand
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required

This position offers an engaging work environment where excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism are highly valued. The Front Desk Executive will be instrumental in creating positive first impressions for our guests while supporting overall operational excellence.

We have two positions available. The Night Audit Shift 11pm-7am, and the Evening Shift Sunday-Thursday 3-11pm.

Pay: $16.95-$18.00 per hour
