Ideal Candidate Profile

- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario

- Comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning

Confidence and experience in oral surgery and molar endodontics are strong assets, especially for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive, procedure-driven care. Experience with CEREC, clear aligners, implants, or sedation is also an asset, but not required. The most important qualities are clinical strength, motivation, humility, strong soft skills, and a genuine desire to keep improving.

Compensation
This is a full-time, permanent associate position with strong earning potential.
Pay: $400,000–$500,000+ per year, based on performance and clinical scope.
