Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support the company’s team of Sales Representatives.
Establish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor all incoming leads and ensure they are assigned to the appropriate Sales Representative.
Ensure that all leads are contacted and followed up on promptly.
Monitor the quality, consistency, and speed of lead follow-ups.
Review sales pipelines, estimates, quotations, appointments, follow-up activities, and closing rates.
Ensure that all customer information, phone calls, appointments, estimates, notes, and follow-ups are properly recorded in the CRM.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and individual performance reviews.
Track team KPIs, including response time, appointments booked, estimates completed, conversion rates, sales revenue, and profit margins.
Identify areas of underperformance and create improvement plans for Sales Representatives.
Train new and existing employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM use, customer service, and closing strategies.
Support Sales Representatives during complex negotiations and high-value residential or commercial projects.
Develop and implement sales scripts, follow-up procedures, and customer communication standards.
Ensure that no leads are missed, ignored, or left without proper follow-up.
Review lost sales opportunities and identify the reasons customers did not proceed.
Work closely with the marketing team to evaluate lead quality and advertising campaign performance.
Collaborate with the estimating, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate project information and a smooth customer experience.
Monitor customer feedback and professionally resolve escalated customer concerns.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for company management.
Forecast future sales, revenue, staffing requirements, and market opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and territories across Alberta.
Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new Sales Representatives.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Renoteck positively in all customer and business interactions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing or supervising a sales team.
Experience in roofing, construction, exterior renovations, home improvement, building materials, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, follow-up systems, conversion rates, and closing techniques.
Experience using CRM software.
Ability to analyze sales reports, team performance, revenue, and profit margins.
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate team members while maintaining accountability.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with residential and commercial customers.
Proficiency with computers, email, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and reporting systems.
