We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling and understands how to translate exceptional work into compelling content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and has a strong eye for photography, videography, and visual storytelling.

Through engaging content, project storytelling, and behind-the-scenes access, you will help showcase the people, process, and expertise that define the Khachi brand.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Brand Development Manager, the Content Creator & Social Media Manager will be responsible for capturing, creating, editing, and publishing content that showcases Khachi's projects, team, craftsmanship, and company culture.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives behind a camera, enjoys being on active construction sites, and understands how to create engaging content that performs across social media platforms.
Candidates must be comfortable independently filming and editing content on active residential construction sites.
The ideal candidate has strong photography, videography, editing, and storytelling skills, along with experience managing social media channels and creating content that aligns with a premium brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Visit active job sites and completed projects to capture content on a regular basis.
- Create engaging content that highlights custom homes, luxury renovations, design-build projects, craftsmanship, project milestones, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Develop compelling project stories that communicate the quality, process, and people behind our work.
- Capture content that educates, inspires, and builds trust with homeowners, designers, architects, and industry professionals.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all content.
Photography, Videography & Editing
- Capture high-quality photography and video content for social media, website, and marketing initiatives.
- Film project walkthroughs, progress updates, team features, interviews, client testimonials, and completed projects.
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, project highlights, short-form videos, and other digital content.
- Manage the entire content production process from planning and filming through editing and publishing.
- Organize and maintain digital content libraries and project assets.
- Ensure all content reflects the quality and professionalism of the Khachi brand.
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the Brand Development Manager.
- Write engaging captions and content that align with the company's voice and values.
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience engagement.
- Stay current with platform trends, content formats, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and strengthen brand awareness through content.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on content effectiveness.
- Use performance data to improve future content and social media initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital content production, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience filming and editing professional-quality video content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, social media content, and video editing work.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit project sites.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within one or more of the following industries: Luxury residential construction, Custom home building, Renovations, Architecture, Interior design, Real estate, Luxury brands
Software & Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Experience with CapCut or similar video editing platforms.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Experience with Frame.io or similar content review platforms.
- Experience with drone photography or videography is considered an asset.

Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating content they have personally created.
Portfolios should include:
- Photography examples
- Videography and editing work
- Instagram Reels or short-form video content
- Social media accounts managed
- Examples of project storytelling and content creation

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
