WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you’ll:
Welcome customers to the brand and our variety of products
Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally
Assist customers with vehicle warranty and recalls while making tailored recommendation on our products and services to meet their needs
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Automotive Customer Service Representative role include:
1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based application)
The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week.

The base salary range for this position is $19.35 - $21/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
