Trusted Comfort Advisor (Sales Advisor)

Rhyno’s has a successful 50-year track-record in Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical.

Rhyno’s focus is to deliver high quality customer service to our residential and commercial customers across our region. From one day installations to multi-phase construction projects, our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring every solution matches our customer needs.

Rhyno’s is looking for a full-time Electrical Estimator to join our team! The Electrical Estimator will spend time in the office and on the road, in the community, and they know what it means to put the customer first. The company counts on the Electrical Estimator to build strong relationships with the customers and to offer the right solutions to solve the customer’s needs. They are expected to represent the company professionally, to educate customers on all the products & services the company offers, to have integrity with their word, and to reliably deliver quality work.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a very personable and energetic person who has the temperament to diplomatically deal with both customers and internal team members in getting the job done.

Responsibilities

Identify customers’ needs and what they value to develop robust solutions for them.
Provide proposals/quotes to customers in a timely manner.
Respond to customer requests & resolve customer issues.
Manage communication channels to ensure customers receive prompt, professional responses.
Update and maintain the CRM at all times to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business and promoting the brand while provide a high level of customer service.
Work with Sales & Service Manager to identify potential opportunities in our region.
Communicate the Rhyno's brand value with potential customers.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in Electrical field or Operations preferred
In-depth knowledge of products and their technical applications strongly recommended
Superior customer service skills & ability to build lasting relationships with clients in residential sector
Effective CRM use to enhance overall customer experience and sales process efficiency
Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy
Excellent spoken, written, and visual presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, stress management, time management & decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and have effective organizational skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Must be able to solve problems and have an attention for being solutions focused
Strong team player with the ability to build relationships across the organization to protect our healthy workplace culture
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Highly motivated, flexible and positive attitude
Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
A personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Demonstrate sound work ethics
Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
