Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized PART TIME Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to our chiropractic staff and ensuring a smooth operation within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, administrative experience, and a keen attention to detail, contributing to an exceptional patient experience.

Duties

Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage multi-line phone systems, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient records and files.
Provide clerical support including filing documents, proofreading materials, and managing office supplies.
Utilize software programs for various administrative tasks such as creating documents
Support the chiropractic team with patient care activities as needed
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office to enhance workflow and patient interactions.
Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, fostering positive relationships with patients.

Requirements

Previous office experience is preferred; chiropractic office experience is a plus.
Experience is an asset, but willing to train a strong candidate.
Strong computer skills including typing proficiency and familiarity with data entry processes.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively is a must.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
