Job Summary

You are a stellar team player, able to self-motivate and keep your workload planned and orderly. You can effectively communicate (verbally and written) with your supervisors, fellow team members, and also our customers. You have outstanding organization skills and attention to detail. Seeing that you are flexible and adaptable, you display a willingness to learn new things and continuously improve. You have a desire to work in a fast-paced, positive working environment.

Key Accountabilities:

Invoice Processing: Review, code, and enter high-volume vendor invoices accurately into accounting software in a timely manner.
Three-Way Matching: Perform three-way matching by verifying purchase orders, receiving documentation, and invoices to ensure pricing and quantity precision prior to payment approval.
Payment Processing: Prepare and execute weekly pay runs, including ACH, wire transfers, and electronic vendor payments.
Credit Card Management & Reconciliation: Process corporate credit card transactions, review expense submissions, and perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy and compliance.
Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications, efficiently resolving billing disputes and cultivating strong supplier relationships.
Statement Reconciliation: Conduct monthly vendor statement reconciliations to ensure ledger integrity and assist with month-end financial closing tasks.
Compliance & Inbox Management: Manage active AP email inboxes, track incoming requests, and maintain organized, audit-ready digital filing systems.
Period-End Support: Assist the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes and audit preparations.
Administrative & Operational Support: Provide essential administrative backing, including backup reception duty, telephone monitoring, running occasional company errands as needed, and office management tasks.

Wage: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
