About the role

Braber Equipment, a well-established Canadian owned manufacturer, distributor, and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking a professional individual to join their team as an Order Desk Administrator.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Generate sales orders and provide confirmations to customers
Send and receive customer EDI required documents using customer portal
Evaluate inventory status to determine availability
Book customer shipments through portals
Generate and review order-based reports
Invoicing
Manage invoicing, review open orders, and coordinate shipment dates to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment
General office administration duties, as needed
Other duties, as required

Qualifications Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to be assertive and respectful
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong typing skills and able to quickly learn new software
Positive can-do attitude with a results-driven approach
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to remain focused in a busy environment
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
Ability to follow direction and an appreciation for established processes and procedures
Creative and effective problem solving
Demonstrated commitment to professional and personal development
Effective team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
Thrives on challenges and embraces opportunities to learn and grow
Comfortable and confident communicating with customers by phone
