We’re looking for TWO (2) SKILLED PAINTERS to join our team and help us deliver high-quality results that exceed our clients’ expectations.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Painter, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Interior and Exterior Painting: Applying paint, stain, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Cabinet Refinishing: Assisting with the preparation and refinishing of cabinets, ensuring a flawless finish.
Surface Preparation: Washing, sanding, patching, and priming surfaces to ensure the best possible results.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Keeping worksites clean, organized, and hazard-free, and following all safety protocols.

What We Expect From You:

Punctuality and Reliability: A commitment to showing up on time, every time, ready to work.
Positive Attitude: A great attitude toward the team and a willingness to work hard and contribute to a positive work environment.
Coachability: A desire to learn and improve, and the ability to take feedback and apply it to your work.
Physical Stamina: The ability to work 8-10 hour days (40-50 hours per week) during peak seasons, including standing, bending, and working on ladders.
