Job Summary

Osmi Homes Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to support and coordinate administrative operations in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, ensure accurate and organized documentation systems, and coordinate administrative support for our company’s operational workflows.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate administrative procedures for office operations, including managing documentation systems for both internal related functions and construction projects;
Set administrative priorities, coordinate workflows, and provide guidance to internal office support functions to ensure deadlines are met and documentation, including project-related information, is appropriately stored;
Coordinate administrative resources to support office operations and project documentation management, including record-keeping processes, forms, and digital and paper-based filing systems;
Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures and assist in implementing improved systems for filing, tracking, reporting, and communication;
Oversee procedures for the storage, organization, and distribution of construction-related documentation, as well as administrative processes related to contracting, procurement, and project planning;
Compile information required to prepare budgetary and project status reports, in addition to correspondence, for management review;
Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintain inventory records and budgetary control systems to support administrative cost tracking and financial monitoring;
Other duties as required.

Minimum Skill Requirements

Completion of high school is required;
Must have at minimum three (3) years of work experience in administrative or office coordination related roles, OR a university degree or college diploma in business, office administration or a related field with at least one (1) year of work in administrative or office coordination related roles;
Prior experience working within a construction, real estate, or project-based administrative environment is required;
Must be proficient in MS Office;
Experience with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics is an asset but not required;
Proficiency in verbal and written English is required;
Must have strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $65,520.00 per year
