Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door to Door Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging with potential clients directly in their neighborhoods to introduce our innovative products and services. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive new business opportunities, helping us expand our reach and strengthen our market presence. Responsibilities

Actively approach households and businesses door-to-door to generate leads and promote our offerings
Clearly communicate the value propositions of our products and services, tailoring your pitch to different audiences
Build rapport with potential clients through engaging conversations, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills
Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and interest levels, ensuring high-quality lead generation
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointments using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and close sales opportunities
Utilize marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques to maximize outreach effectiveness in various neighborhoods

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development, especially in B2B or technology sales preferred but not required
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence diverse audiences
Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language proficiency is a plus for broader outreach
Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking leads and customer interactions
Technical sales experience or inside sales background is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay motivated, and handle rejection positively
Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others understand product benefits
