Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in high-rise and commercial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates.
Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Weld pipes as necessary for specific plumbing applications.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimating materials.
Experience in building or carpentry is a plus.
Knowledge of welding techniques applicable to plumbing work.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
