We are currently seeking a Registered Psychotherapist or MSW RSW to join our team in Newmarket.
This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with children, teens, or couples, and is looking to build a consistent, engaged caseload within a supportive, team-based environment.
THE ROLE
- Provide psychotherapy/counselling to children, teens, or couples
- Support clients in developing emotional regulation, resilience, self-awareness, healthy relationships, and positive coping skills
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers when clinically appropriate
- Work with the Family TLC team to support continuity and quality of care
- Contribute to a professional clinic environment
- Build and maintain a consistent caseload within a private practice setting
- Use the Family TLC Method as a guiding roadmap, alongside your own clinical modalities
- Offer availability that meets client needs, including after-school, evening, and/or weekend appointments

QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered with OCSWSSW or CRPO
- Preferred: 2+ years of clinical experience working with children, teens, or couples
- Professional liability insurance
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, professional practice
