Windows & Doors Assembler

Location: North York ON
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble windows, doors, frames, and related components according to technical specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
Install hardware, seals, glass, and other components as required
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards
Handle, move, and lift materials throughout the production process
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in window assembly, door assembly, glazing, glass installation, fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field
Experience working with hand tools and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements
Comfortable working safely at heights when required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
Available to start full-time immediately

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall, windows, doors, or architectural products manufacturing
Reliable transportation / access to a personal vehicle
Construction, manufacturing, or assembly background

Pay: $19.50 per hour
