Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong background in construction-related tasks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Install siding, eavestrough, windows and doors according to project specifications
Ensure accurate installation
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes
Perform caulking, sealing, and finishing tasks to ensure a professional appearance
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed for installation tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with managers, and team members to meet project deadlines
Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and function

Requirements

Experience in construction preferred
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
Knowledge of caulking techniques and finishing work is a plus
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work safely in a construction environment following all safety protocols
Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site at various locations as required
