Full job description

This is a temporary full-time position ending in mid-December 2026. Applicants must be available to work for the entire duration of the position.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Krown Rust Protection Markham.

No prior experience? No problem! We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn more than previous experience. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure you become confident with our products, services, and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in the automotive service industry.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, check vehicles in and out, and provide excellent customer service.
Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Learn about Krown's rust protection services to answer basic customer questions (training provided).
Process payments using our POS system and complete basic administrative paperwork.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Schedule & Hours

Approximately 40 hours per week.
Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are an asset.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable, especially for opening and closing shifts.
Comfortable using computers for email, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
Previous customer service or receptionist experience is an asset but not required.
