Senior Sales Manager – Concierge & Security Services

Probe Security | Toronto, ON | Full-time

Probe Security is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead new business development across our concierge security, uniformed guard, mobile patrol, and building services lines. If you have an established network among Toronto property management companies, condo boards, and commercial landlords — and you're ready to own your territory and build a book of business that pays you for years to come — we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Identify, pursue, and close new service contracts across concierge security, live-guard, mobile patrol, and front-desk/lobby ambassador services
Build and manage a pipeline with property management firms, condominium corporations, REITs, commercial landlords, and facilities directors across the GTA
Develop and execute your own territory sales strategy with clear revenue and account-growth goals
Lead RFP responses, proposals, and executive-level presentations for property and building management stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and pricing, and manage the handoff from signed deal to service delivery
Represent Probe at industry events (ACMO, CCI, BOMA) and build your professional network
Mentor junior sales staff as our team grows
Drive renewals, upsells, and referrals from your existing accounts

What You Bring

7–10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in security services, concierge services, or building/property services
A proven track record winning and growing contracts with property management companies or commercial building owners
An existing network of decision-makers across GTA property management, facilities management, or condo boards
Strong understanding of the security services industry, including Ontario Security Guard licensing (PSISA)
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills — comfortable in front of a condo board or a facilities VP
A valid Ontario driver's licence and willingness to travel across the GTA
Experience mentoring or leading other sales reps is a plus

Compensation

Base salary: $70,000++
Uncapped new-business commission on every contract you close — paid directly on the profitability of the deal, so bigger wins mean bigger payouts
Residual commission on your active accounts for up to 2 years after signing — get rewarded for keeping your clients happy, not just for closing the deal
Total compensation of $70K–$150K+ for top performers as your book grows, with no cap on what you can earn from new business
