Principal | Toronto Private School
The Opportunity
Our firm has been exclusively retained by a growing private school in Toronto to identify its Principal. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced school leader who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to play a central role in shaping both the academic program and the institution's long-term trajectory.
The incoming Principal will serve as the school's Chief Administrator — responsible for academic leadership, operational oversight, staff development, family engagement, and active participation in enrollment strategy. The school is in an active growth phase and is looking for a hands-on leader who brings vision, follow-through, and genuine investment in the community they serve.

Combining academic rigour with personalized support, strong community culture, and a genuine commitment to each student's long-term success.
