Quality Assurance Coordinator

Trimax Employment is currently hiring on behalf of our client for a Quality Assurance Coordinator position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Perform in-process, incoming, and outgoing product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (QARA) logs and documentation.
Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
Conduct internal quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Carry out supplier quality surveys and audits.
Participate in supplier evaluations and performance assessments.
Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and document findings.
Assign, track, and maintain Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Ensure all quality records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Follow established procedures, work instructions, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, or a related field is considered an asset.
