We are looking for someone with real, hands-on experience in both content creation and paid social media advertising For South Asian Community. You should be comfortable running and managing ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

This is not an entry-level position. Please do not apply if you do not have previous experience in social media management, short-form content creation, and ad campaign execution.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on content creator who can shoot engaging short-form video content on-site and also support the day-to-day execution of our social media channels. This role blends content creation, social coordination, and trend-driven storytelling.

You’ll be responsible for capturing authentic UGC-style content and helping ensure it’s properly organized, scheduled, and published across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (UGC / Video Production)

Shoot short-form video content on-site (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Capture product demos, lifestyle footage, behind-the-scenes content, and brand storytelling clips
Follow creative briefs while contributing fresh ideas for content angles and hooks
Ensure all raw footage is well-organized and delivered to the editing team
Occasionally appear on camera for UGC-style content if comfortable

Social Media Management & Coordination

Schedule and publish content across all social platforms
Manage weekly/monthly content calendars and posting schedules
Write engaging captions, hooks, and basic post copy optimized for engagement
Coordinate with design and editing teams to ensure content is delivered and posted on time
Maintain brand consistency across all social channels (tone, visuals, messaging)
Monitor daily engagement (comments, messages, interactions) and escalate where needed
Track basic performance metrics (views, reach, engagement) and highlight top-performing content
Assist in planning content themes, campaign rollouts, and posting strategies

Trend & Performance Support

Stay updated on social media trends, audio trends, and viral formats
Suggest new content ideas based on trending topics and competitor activity
Support testing of different content formats to improve reach and engagement

What We’re Looking For

Confident shooting short-form video using a phone or camera
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content culture
Organized, reliable, and able to manage content deadlines and posting schedules
Strong communication skills for captions and social copywriting
Good creative instinct for what performs well on social media
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is an asset
Bonus: basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Bonus: prior experience managing or supporting social media accounts
