JOB DUTIES

General operations of hydrovac operator
Maintain and service machine as required
Perform inspections daily, as well as checking gas, oil, and other fluid levels. Replenishing fluid levels and greasing when necessary
Complete the necessary paperwork for machine inspections and daily time sheets
Other duties as assigned by your foreman or management team

REQUIREMENTS

Must have valid class 5 drivers license
Ability to perform physical exertions such as repetitive lifting, pushing and pulling items that weight up to 30 pounds as part of their daily routine
1-2 years of previous hydrovac operator experience would be preferred
Able to work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the outdoor elements
Must speak English well and have strong communication skills
Ability to follow specified guidelines and procedures
Knowledge of Greater Vancouver area
Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required
