Description de l’emploi :

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) spécialiste aux comptes payables pour se joindre à notre département de comptabilité et administratif.

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome et capable d’évoluer dans un environnement dynamique à haut volume. Une expérience en comptes clients est considérée comme un atout.

Les principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

· Vérifier, préparer et traiter les factures fournisseurs avec exactitude et dans les délais

· Effectuer les paiements aux fournisseurs par chèque, virement ou autres méthodes électroniques

· Réconcilier les états de compte fournisseurs et assurer les suivis des écarts

· Participer occasionnellement aux suivis des comptes clients, au besoin (atout)

· Effectuer l’entrée de données et maintenir des dossiers comptables organisés et précis

· Collaborer avec les chargés de projets et les différents départements afin d’assurer le respect des budgets et des marges

· Participer aux conciliations de fin de mois et autres tâches administratives connexes

· Répondre aux appels lorsque nécessaire et offrir un soutien administratif à l’équipe

Qualifications :

· Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en comptes payables ou tenue de livres

· Expérience dans le domaine de la construction, rénovation ou restauration (un atout important)

· Expérience en comptes clients (un atout)

· Capacité de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et de respecter des échéanciers serrés

· Excellente attention aux détails et sens de l’organisation

· Capacité de travailler sous pression dans un environnement rapide

· Professionnalisme, autonomie, initiative et bon esprit d’équipe

· Bonne communication et aptitude au service fournisseur et client

Requise :

· Bilinguisme (français et anglais, parlé et écrit)

· Connaissance de Windows, Microsoft Office et Outlook

· Maîtrise de QuickBooks

· Bonne maîtrise d’Excel

Salaire : 22,00 $ à 27,00 $ de l’heure

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting and administrative department.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience with accounts receivable is considered an asset.

Main responsibilities will include:

· Verify, prepare, and process supplier invoices accurately and on time

· Process supplier payments by cheque, electronic transfer, or other payment methods

· Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies

· Assist with accounts receivable and collections when required (asset)

· Perform data entry and maintain organized and accurate accounting records

· Work closely with project managers and internal departments to ensure budgets and margins are respected

· Assist with month-end reconciliations and other related administrative tasks

· Answer phone calls when needed and provide administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping

· Experience in the construction, renovation, or restoration industry (strong asset)

· Accounts receivable experience (asset)

· Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Professional, independent, proactive, and team-oriented

· Strong communication and supplier/customer service skills

Required:

· Fully bilingual (French and English, written and spoken)

· Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook

· Proficiency in QuickBooks

· Strong Excel skills

Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour
