Position Overview

NABI is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to support content creation and frameworks for social media, and promotion of programs and events. This role focuses on helping share NABI’s story and increasing awareness of opportunities for entrepreneurs.

About NABI

NABI is a community-based business incubator that supports entrepreneurs through programming, mentorship, and connections. We help individuals start and grow businesses in a supportive environment.

The Opportunity

This position is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) program. To be eligible, applicants must:

* Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment

* Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act

* Be legally entitled to work in Canada (International students are not eligible for this position)

What You’ll Do

Help create a social media and marketing framework

Create simple graphics and visuals for social media and events

Curate content for newsletter and social media

Draft and schedule posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

Assist with newsletters and website updates

Support storytelling through entrepreneur features and highlights

What You’ll Gain

Who This Role is For

You might be a good fit if you:

Enjoy creating content and have an eye for clean, engaging visuals and messaging

Are comfortable using tools like Canva or similar design platforms

Are familiar with social media platforms and understand how to write posts that engage an audience

Can work independently and follow through on tasks like drafting, scheduling, and updating content

Pay attention to detail and care about consistency in branding and presentation

Are interested in storytelling, marketing, or helping share the work of entrepreneurs

Are open to feedback and willing to iterate and improve your work over time

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Temporary (8-10 week term) DURATION: 35 Hours/week, 8-10 weeks WORK LOCATION: Hybrid 40% remote, 60% on-site at NABI Building, St. Albert COMPENSATION: $17/Hour START DATE: Between June 22 and July 6
