Requirements:

Superior customer service and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn
Demonstrated ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and ensure quality of work
Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s license

Duties:

Collaboratively work with clients, other staff and managers to sell vehicles
Monitor the lot and professionally greet clients
Provide knowledgeable product information on vehicles with excellent customer service
Demonstrate features and operation of vehicles
Negotiate vehicle price with the aid of and at the direction of Sales Management
Arrange and participate in the delivery of sold vehicles
Follow up with active prospects for developing sales and maintain contact with previous customers in support of referrals and future sales. Also follow up after sale as part of a great customer service experience
Attend and participate in meetings and training
Maintain displays of vehicles on lot and in showroom
Assist with lot maintenance when needed
Additional tasks as assigned

Experience is not necessary but is an asset.
